Frequently Asked Questions
If your question is not answered below, please click the contact link in the menu above to reach me.
Q. Do you ship?
A. Unfortunately, at this time I am unable to ship.
Q. How much notice do you need for custom cookie orders?
A. Generally, 2 weeks notice is best. Occasionally I am available on short notice if my schedule allows. Please note that holidays are very busy, so booking as soon as you can is incredibly helpful to ensure that I will have availability.
Q. How much notice do you need for stuffed cookie orders?
A. Usually 1 day or so, it just depends on my schedule for the week.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. I am happy to deliver or meet within a 5 mile radius of my location in Wallingford, but pick ups are the norm. The address will be given out once an order is confirmed and a deposit/payment has been completed.
Q. How long do the cookies stay fresh?
A. Both sugar cookies and stuffed cookies stay fresh for about 1-2 weeks at room temperature when heat-sealed. They can also be frozen for several months!

Q. Can I freeze the cookies?
A. Absolutely! Both decorated sugar cookies and stuffed cookies freeze beautifully for up to 3 months.
To Freeze:
1.Place in an airtight container ideally standing up and not stacked on top of each other, which can ruin designs (sugar cookies only). Stuffed cookies can be placed in the freezer right in the heat sealed bags.
2. Place container in the freezer
3. When you are ready to enjoy set the entire container on the counter away from the sun and allow the cookies to come to room temperature (4-6 hours). DO NOT open the container while your sugar cookies are thawing. If opened too early, condensation can get in and can ruin the icing. Stuffed cookies, need about 2 hours sitting out on the counter to get back to room temp.
4. ENJOY!

Q. What if I need to cancel?
A. Depending on timing, cancellations can be accommodated. These details will provided in our order contracts.
Q. Do you provide bulk discounts?
A. Unfortunately, I am unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. I am a one woman show and each cookie takes just as long as the next, no matter how many are being made. However, if you have a certain budget that you are trying to maintain, please reach out as I would love to find a solution that works.
